At Tita Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality, actionable execution tools and services for indie authors. Because of the nature of our products and services, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.

Digital Products & e-Content

Because our templates, Launch Runways, Master Vaults, and interactive HTML files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded directly to your device, they cannot be "returned." Once you have purchased and accessed the files, you have full visibility into our proprietary frameworks and systems.

This strict non-refundable policy applies to all digital resources in our shop, including but not limited to:

• The Full Romance Marketing Vault
• The Complete Template Vault
• All Launch Runway plans (30, 60, 90, and 180-Day)
• The Series and Backlist Bundle
• The Audience Builder Bundle
• The Author Identity Bundle
• Any future digital templates, workbooks, or swipe files

Please read the product descriptions, format details, and usage requirements carefully before making your purchase to ensure the tool is the right fit for your current author goals.

Done-For-You Services & Consulting

For our Author Accelerator services, strategy calls, and done-for-you execution packages, all deposits and payments for work already rendered or time already spent are strictly non-refundable. If a project is canceled prior to completion, any potential prorated refunds for unrendered services will be handled strictly according to the terms outlined in your individual client agreement.

Technical Issues & File Delivery

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you can access and use the tools you paid for.

If you experience a technical issue—such as a broken download link, a file failing to extract, or an error opening the interactive HTML files in your browser—we are here to help.

Please contact us directly at evelyn@titastudio.online with your order number and a brief description of the problem, and we will manually send you a fresh copy of your files or help you troubleshoot the issue.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that you reach out to us directly to resolve any technical issues rather than issuing a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider. Fraudulent chargebacks for non-refundable digital goods will be disputed with provided evidence of file delivery and access.
